Dr. A Koffman

Our resident Medical Director, Dr. Koffman was born in Winnipeg, raised in Toronto and is the proud mother of 2 children. Dr. Koffman completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology (Genetics) and her Medical Doctorate at Western University in London where she was the recipient of the Martin and Mary Lebouldas Award, finishing at the top of her class in clinical clerkship.

She completed her residency in family and community medicine at Toronto General and Toronto Western Hospitals (part of the University Health Network), and established Earl Bales Walk-in Clinic & Family Practice (beginning in January 2011. Prior to this, she practised as a medical psychotherapist, house call and urgent care physician for 11 years gaining extensive experience in paediatrics, women's health, cardiology, blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes management.

You might have seen Dr. Koffman on the Global TV morning show "Housecalls with Dr. A Koffman" and/or responding to medical questions on Global National with Kevin Newman.

Dr. A Khakpour

Dr. A Khakpour is no stranger to the clinic. His determination saw us through Covid where he was one of the physicians who was still seeing patients face to face. Dr Khakpour sees patients on Tue and Thurs at the clinic.

Dr. A Handler

Dr. A Handler retains his ties with this clinic and is popular with many patients. He currently works occasionally at the clinic.

Dr. A Handler

Dr. A Bemmo is bilingual, English and French.  He started with the clinic around September 2022 and works part time at the clinic.

Dr. M Cheng

Dr. M Cheng is a Ontario Medical Association Council Delegate and joins us in January 2023!

Dr. D Reynold

Dr. D Reynold is the Clinic Director. A keen diabetologist, she has strong ties between Canada and UK. She is concentrating on the strategic management and expansion of the clinic and not seeing patients at the current moment. She looks forward to seeing patients in the near future.

Ms. M Rayos

The doctors are supported by the efficient nurse, M Rayos and is the Clinic Manager. May has been part of the clinic since it was set up in 2011 and takes an active role in clinical leadership, management, teaching and nursing support.

Ms. G Amoabeng

Our medical receptionist/office administrator is G Amoabeng and we cannot do without her.  She has been part of the clinic for more than 7 years.
